Perfect Circle

This "Song Of The Week" post was requested by Christian. Perfect Circle is from R.E.M.'s 1983 debut album Murmur. My introduction to this band was the song Radio Free Europe, which is also from this album. While Radio Free Europe is a high energy, guitar driven alternative rock track, Perfect Circle is slower, moody and introspective and contains a non-typical (for R.E.M.) piano accompaniment part.
