Not Your Typical Wipeout!

Rock music has a rich history of instrumental guitar songs. Over the last few years, I have done a lot of research and have managed to dig up some gems. I think most would agree that one of the best know instrumentals is Wipeout, originally recorded by The Surfaris in 1963. This version, along with maybe The Ventures' version, is the classic that we've all heard.

Not long ago, I discovered an amazing and different version by a band called The Saints from the U.K.. What I love about this version is that it swings! It is also in the key of E instead of C which makes it a bit easier to play, especially for beginners.
